The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has officially released the results of the June 2024 Architect Licensure Examination (ALE) also popularily known as Architecture Board Exam 2024 result, bringing much-awaited news to thousands of aspiring architects across the Philippines. 2,094 out of 3,370 candidates passed the rigorous exam conducted by the Committee on Architecture led by Chairman Robert S. Sack, Chairman Robert M. Mirafuente, and Chairman Corazon V. Fabia Tandoc.

Registration and Next Steps

For the 2,094 successful candidates, the path to becoming an architect continues with the registration process. From August 12, 2024, pre-registration for the issuance of professional IDs (IDs) and registration certificates will be done online.

To begin the registration process, candidates should visit the official website of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) (www.prc.gov.ph) and carefully follow the instructions provided for pre-registration.

During the online registration process, candidates are required to upload the following documents:

• Downloaded and duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
• Notice of admission (for identification purposes only)
• Two (2) pieces of passport-sized pictures

In addition to the online requirements, candidates must prepare the following for in-person submission:

• Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
• One (1) piece short brown envelope

After completing the online registration, successful candidates are required to appear in person at the designated PRC office to sign the List of Registered Professionals. This step marks their official entry into the ranks of licensed architects in the Philippines.
